Title:                       Office Manager

Department:            Branch Location

Reports To:              Branch Manager

Job Summary:

To provide financial, clerical and administrative support services to the Branch Location to ensure efficient, timely and accurate accounting of invoices, inventory and daily deposits.

Summary of essential job functions:

  • Customer Service-answer phones, greet customers and counter sales using AgTrax
  • Complete daily cash reports and daily deposits per company policy
  • Sort and compile daily invoices to be sent to Main Office
  • Submit weekly route orders to restock inventory from DC Feed mill, the warehouse and/or ACE.
  • Assist with monthly inventory and receiving inventory into AgTrax
  • Run scales and issue tickets to customers
  • File vendor invoices
  • Field vendor inquiries on payment issues
  • Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers.
  • Filing as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

 Minimum Requirements:

  • One year experience in Accounting or Accounts Payables
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office


 Preferred Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Accounting or Business


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit at desk/computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work extended hours during the harvest seasons
