Job Title: Car Care Service Worker

Department: Service Department

Reports To: Supervisor

Job Summary: The Car Care Service Worker is responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on company vehicles and mobile equipment in an efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change tires on vehicles and trailers as needed.
  • Perform oil changes and replace other vehicle fluids.
  • Conduct minor repairs on vehicles as required.
  • Perform CDL inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist customers with propane needs as per company protocols.
  • Maintain and repair trailers, feed trucks, and other equipment.
  • Clean and maintain the shop area to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in car care or automotive maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and working with arms above head.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASE certification or equivalent automotive certification.
  • Propane Certification.
  • DOT certification.
